Heirloom Advisers Ltd ("Heirloom", "we", "us") operates a matching service that introduces individuals seeking financial advice to UK-based, FCA authorised financial advisers. We are not a financial adviser and do not provide financial advice. We do not arrange, recommend, or transact in any financial product.
What we do
We collect information about your situation and preferences and use it to identify advisers in our network whose specialisms, fees, and minimums appear to match your needs. We pass relevant details to those advisers so they can contact you to arrange an initial consultation.
What we don't do
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- We do not vet or guarantee the suitability of any specific advice you receive from a matched adviser
- We do not arrange or transact in any financial product on your behalf
- We do not guarantee that any particular adviser will accept you as a client
Using our service
To use Heirloom you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. You agree to provide accurate information in our matching questionnaire and to use the service only for the purpose of finding a financial adviser for yourself.
Your relationship with advisers
Any financial advice you receive is provided by the adviser, not by Heirloom. Your relationship with them - including all fees, contracts, and the suitability of advice - is governed by their own client agreement and the regulatory framework that applies to them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heirloom is not liable for any losses arising from financial decisions you make based on advice received from advisers matched through our service. We make no warranties about the outcomes of working with any particular adviser.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users by email where we have one on file.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
